This is an offer from the Player to enter into a contract with the Company. When this offer is accepted by the Company it will form a legally binding agreement between the Player and the Company. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide for the sale of NFT Products by the Company using the Player’s Identification on the Company’s Platform and other NFT Marketplaces throughout the world. This Agreement is made subject to the following “Key Business Terms” and further subject to the “Standard Terms and Conditions” that are attached hereto.
